Women's life in the revolutionary era could be difficult. Much of what they needed, they had to make themselves. Spinning and weaving come to mind as does quilting for personal use, possible resale, and as special event presents such as weddings. Ms White of the PHAA staff is an accomplished quilter and will discuss and display examples. Program will be conducted at the museum to protect the examples.
