Discussion of the abundant, rich water resources of Delaware, and the extent to which they were an important factor in the creation of Delaware. The discussion will cover the time of the Native American Indians through the colonial period and up to the present. Mr. Jacobs can combine this with the woodcarving display/demonstration. A special feature is a representation of an 1840's waterman. Time required is about an hour or so. Presentation would typically be at the PHAA museum but could be at the sponsor’s location.
